HUD O&M BPA PRIME

• Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of HUD applications
• Program Management Support
• Modernization and Enhancement

• Project Management aligned to HUD’s Project Planning and Management (PPM) process
• Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation Support, and Documentation

1. Define the O&M or modernization scope. Identify the HUD application portfolio and the lifecycle areas in scope — primarily Operations and Maintenance, with additional task areas in Program Management, Modernization and Enhancement, and Transition Support.
2. Send the requirement to Pyramid. Draft a performance work statement (PWS) and email it to [email protected]. Pyramid’s Contracts team will respond with the right HUD ordering officer point of contact.
3. Issue the order. Award the order against contract/order 47QTCA19D00LJ / 47QFDA20A0037. All services shall include coordination with the HUD infrastructure support vendor(s) and effective project management aligned to HUD’s PPM process.

Purpose: The HUD OCIO requires contractor support to provide primarily Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks with additional task areas of Program Management support, including Modernization and Enhancement and Transition Support. The goal of this BPA is to aid the OCIO in enacting its mission across HUD by improving agility and creating consistency across HUD systems in day-to-day O&M functions.
