1. Build your statement of work. Each service order should be accompanied by a performance-based statement of work (SOW) or performance work statement (PWS) to Pyramid clearly indicating: scope of work, place and period of performance, deliverables schedule, and acceptance criteria (if applicable).
2. Send the order to Pyramid. If you estimate the order will exceed $10,000 (the micro-purchase threshold), send the service order and SOW to Pyramid through [email protected]. For orders exceeding $500,000, the order form should also be provided to additional GSA MAS contractors.
3. Place the order. Attach the SOW/PWS to one of your agency’s approved order forms, Standard Form 1449 or GSA Form 300, and issue the order.

GSA MAS is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products and services from more than 5,000 certified industry partners.

In 2019 GSA consolidated all 24 Multiple Award Schedules, including GSA MAS, into a single GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). Pyramid Systems holds the same prime contract under MAS that customers know as GSA MAS.
