Quick answers about working with Pyramid Systems
How do we engage with Pyramid Systems?
Reach out via our contact page or call 703.553.0800. We will schedule an initial conversation to understand your agency's needs, current challenges, and goals, then identify the right engagement model. Pyramid sells through 11 contract vehicles including GSA OASIS+ (Unrestricted, Small Business, 8(a)), GSA 8(a) STARS III, GSA MAS, HHS CMS SPARC, SEC ONE IT, FDIC ITAS NG III BOA, HUD O&M BPA, USDA SOA BPA, and MDA SHIELD.
Which federal agencies do you serve?
Pyramid has delivered technology solutions across federal civilian, financial regulatory, and homeland security agencies since 1995. Our longest and deepest relationship is with HUD, where we have supported mission-critical systems for decades. We also serve SEC (the National Examination Program is one of our largest engagements), FDIC, HHS, USDA, USCIS, DHS, and DOT. CPARS ratings on our federal work have been Exceptional.

We hold 11 government-wide and agency-specific contract vehicles. Government-wide: GSA MAS (#47QTCA19D00LJ), GSA OASIS+ Unrestricted (#47QRCA25DU453), GSA OASIS+ Small Business and 8(a) under the 1 Sync Pyramid Joint Venture (#47QRCA25DSE21 and #47QRCA25DA429), and GSA 8(a) STARS III under the same JV (#47QTCB21D0296). Do you work with prime contractors and subcontractors?
Pyramid works as both a prime contractor and a subcontractor depending on the opportunity. We hold established teaming relationships across federal IT, including a cybersecurity partnership with Fortalice, and welcome conversations with both agencies and industry partners looking to team on upcoming work.
What makes Pyramid different from other IT contractors?
Three differentiators. First, Pyramid is employee-owned. Our engineers have a direct financial stake in every program we run, which shows up in our Exceptional CPARS ratings. Second, Pyramid has been federal-focused for 30 years; we do not split attention between commercial and government markets, and we serve cabinet departments and financial regulators alike. Third, Pyramid is multi-cloud certified across AWS (Advanced Tier Partner with Government Software Competency), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, with CMMI Level 3 for both Development and Services.
What certifications does Pyramid hold?
Eight named qualifications: CMMI-DEV Level 3, CMMI-SERVICES Level 3, ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, CMMC Level 1, AWS Advanced Tier Partner, and AWS Government Software Competency. Pyramid is also a certified provider for Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure. These certifications are independently verified, not self-declared.
What is Pyramid Labs?
Pyramid Labs is our internal innovation engine, a dedicated team focused on rapid prototyping and deploying emerging technology solutions for mission use cases. Labs is where we experiment with AI, low-code platforms, and automation tools to develop production-ready capabilities faster than traditional development cycles allow. Labs prototypes regularly graduate into production tools for our federal clients.
What is AIR-Quire and where is it available?
AIR-Quire is an AI-powered procurement platform supporting the full federal acquisition lifecycle, from requirements development through award, execution, and closeout. AIR-Quire is currently deployed at HUD via the HUD Acquisition Modernization Support Services (AMSS) program, and was evaluated in Phase 1 of the U.S. Army Open Solicitation (AOC HQAMC_25-01) where it was determined to be of technical merit, to represent a feasible schedule, and to be considered viable. AIR-Quire is designated Tradewinds Awardable by the DoW CDAO, and is available through GSA OASIS+ (all three variants) and GSA 8(a) STARS III under PSC R499 and DA01. Trademark pending.
