How do I procure Pyramid Systems' services?
Pyramid holds active positions on several federal contract vehicles including GSA IT Schedule 70, GSA OASIS+ Unrestricted, GSA 8(a) STARS III, HHS CMS SPARC, SEC ONE IT, FDIC ITAS III, and HUD O&M BPA. The fastest path is usually a direct task order against one of those vehicles.

Where can I find Pyramid's capability statement?
A current capability statement is available on request. Use the form above with the Contract vehicles & procurement checkbox and we will email the latest version, including NAICS codes, set-aside status, agency past performance, and contract vehicle coverage. We can also tailor a statement to a specific opportunity if you share the solicitation number.
How long does it take to get a response?
Most inquiries get a substantive response within 1 to 2 business days. Procurement requests with a stated deadline are flagged on arrival and routed to a delivery lead. Press inquiries on a same-day deadline should call 703.553.0800 to make sure the message is seen quickly.
What agencies has Pyramid worked with?
Pyramid has been delivering for federal civilian agencies since 1995. Named past performance spans HUD, SEC, CMS, USDA, FDIC, and USCIS with additional engagements across financial regulators and federal civilian missions.

How do I report a security vulnerability or accessibility issue?
Email [email protected] with subject line [Security] for vulnerability reports, or subject line [Accessibility] to report a barrier accessing the Site. Our team aims to acknowledge security reports within 1 business day and accessibility reports within 5 business days. Both response paths are documented in our Privacy Policy.
Are you a small business or 8(a) participant?
Pyramid Systems is a small business and an active participant in the GSA 8(a) STARS III program. Our SAM.gov registration includes current size standards by NAICS code. Specific certifications and corporate qualifications are listed on the Certifications page.
